http://www.prizerebel.com/index.php?r=129810 This is a super easy site. I have already got 2 nintendo wii games from them in 3 days! You can complete free surveys or request information for points buy gaming stuff! Anything you want! They have 32 pages for free offers! Downloading roboform make this a jiffy! Really awesome to get free stuff!

http://www.prizerebel.com/index.php?r=129810 ****USE THIS LINK**** You can use this method to get ANYTHING from Amazon.com ! XBOX games, consoles or Wii and PS3 games, microsoft points, all kinds of stuff! First thing you need to do is get a "freebie" email account. Since you're going to be getting a lot of junk mail you're not going to want it all going to your primary email address, so this is what this new email account will be used for.

Step 1: Sign Up Go to: http://www.prizerebel.com/index.php?r=129810 Once you get there click SIGN UP and fill out your information. They will ask you for your email. I recommend you give them your real one because this is where they will email yourprize confirmation. If you give them your spam one you might accidentally delete it. The site doesn't spam you its all the offers you will be doing that send the junk email. They also ask for your address. Don't worry too much about this all they need your address for is to mail you prizes. After you sign up they will send you a confirmation link to your email address you entered. Click the link and you're done. The email should come pretty quick (usually instantly). And make sure you check your spam folders.

Step 2: Complete Offers (most are totally free) To earn points click on "Available offers". There you will see a whole list of offers and how many points you'll get if you complete those offers. Also, be sure to check your email occasionally for those offers that require email confirmation otherwise you won't get credited for completing the offer properly. 1 point is equal to a dollar. Here are a few tips for filling out offers: 1. Read the offer carefully so you know exactly what to do to get the points. 2. Complete offer with realistic information 3. Use a browser that accepts cookies and turn your security down 4. Let each page load completely

Step 3: Claim Your Prize After you have enough points you can now go to "avalaible prizes" and see what you can cash those points in for. Choose anything you want. 1 points is equal to a dollar. They have a ton of prizes. Prizes like iPods and video games will deliver so make sure your address is correct before you claim a prize that requires shipping. http://www.prizerebel.com/index.php?r=129810 Feel free to post comments or questions

I know its a little stereo typical for a woman to be talking about her abusive boyfriend. however funny story i had no idea i was being abused until i read an article about the subject.

So my boyfriend began of great, i actually started living with his brother him and my friend Yasmin. I suppose everyone knew he liked me so a month or so after that we began dating. everything was great, then he began checking my phone and computer, if i had called anyone he would yell at me, if i had photo's of my X he would get upset. anyways later on he ended up breaking my phone in half and breaking my sim card so i couldnt call anyone anymore.

There have only been 3 physical incidents, the first of which i packed my things and was going to leave. but of course everyone intervened and made promises. it was nothing serious but still, so i changed the password on my laptop and when i refused to tell him (but offered to let him use it) he smashed my lag with the laptop and threw it on the ground. thank god my MacBook is fine this is an expensive machine.

He likes to take alot of drugs and get fucked up then get angry at me for any reason he can find. i am not allowed to have my own friends i cant go out without him unless to work. he even got a job 5 minutes walk away from mine. so he can come see me on my break and lunch time.

Once he began yelling at me while i was on my lunch break. while heading back to work he followed me and refused to leave screaming at me in the hallway. only the secretary knew, i even had to ask someone to call security.

Most of our fights are over me and the way i am. of course everything is my fault, i am not allowed to have privacy any time he even come and opens the door to the bathroom while i am using it. im in another country far away from Canada and i have no family here. i am not to sure what to do since he kinda made it so i cant have my own friends.

We rented a car together while his is being fixed and he wont let me drive it anywhere even to go get some mcdonalds. i am never given a moment alone and if i bring up something he did to upset me. he makes a fight over something.

What to do what to do???

Here I am somewhere in the Bay Area not too far from Apple's HQ (Cupertino) digging for something that technically doesn't exist. After meeting with an imaginary Apple Employee, I was shown an imaginary product from Apple that might be making its debut at the "Let's Rock" event on September 9th, 2008. The imaginary Apple Employee who does not resemble Phil Schiller at all, told me that the new product would be made available for retail as early as this Holiday Season, if not it would make its debut in MacWorld San Francisco 2009 (January 5-9, 2009).

A short trip (well, it's not that short) to Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco reveals some clue on what the "Let's Rock" event is all about. Unfortunately, no products seems to be present at the venue today (Saturday). The imaginary Apple employee mentions that it is not all about the iPod, there's something more. As a matter of fact, Apple's creative team are currently brainstorming on a new catch phrase to replace the now classic "One More Thing" slogan. Allegedly, Steve Jobs would not do the "ultra-secret-encore" to introduce the new product if they can't come up with the new catch phrase. All I can say is: "WOW!"

I have about 24 more hours to sneak around and find out more about Apple "Let's Rock" event. I'll be reporting more fake rumors (*wink* *wink*) about the event soon.

All in all I was having fun using the iPhone on the Lombard Street just like what Apple did.

With the start and ensuing hectic-ness of the semester, I never had an opportunity to go into more detail about buying my new MacBook. Naturally once I got home that evening with my bounty, I opened the box and immediately delved into the joy of booting up my brand new laptop. What I didn't mention in my post Can you believe it...? was that I had a minor issue with my MacBook. And I mean minor! A little off of center of the screen there was a dead pixel or stuck if you like. I noticed it pretty much right away. This itty bitty pinprick of pixel stuck in the middle of the screen, where there is no choice but to always see it whenever I opened a window. While this is extremely minor and by no means intolerable, I was still a bit vexed after a 2hr drive and a full day of shopping (with the people that I went to town with), to come home thrilled and giddy, it was disappointing to see such a physically manifested flaw in my new beauty of the machine.

I decided to look up my options and read through some forums where people recommended giving AppleCare a call and being polite and MAYBE they'll replace the computer at no cost. Skunkie also suggested calling in hopes that I wouldn't have to make the two hour trip back down to town to the Apple Store. Well, most unfortunately they were closed by the time I had a chance to call, so I was forced to ignore it for the time being. The next day, in the afternoon (after I had finished up my other errands requiring attention), I called Apple Care on up and explained to them what was going on. The lady was very polite and I was very patient and polite in return (I felt it wouldn't do any good to kick and scream, beside, that's not my style anyway). She was kind enough to approve a replacement. The was, of course, that I had to make the two hour trip back down to the Apple Store I had purchased from. Bummer, but not.

So that same day, the day after the original 4hrs of traveling time for the first MacBook, I made a 2hr drive down. Before leaving my house I made sure to book a Genius appointment like the AppleCare lady recommended. I was scheduled for the last time slot available. Anyway, I got there early and, naturally, they were very busy (which didn't surprise me considering that classes were going to start the next day). I waited around until my appointed time and then sat down with my Genius.

He was pleasant enough at first I suppose. Though once I went into my spiel of having just bought the laptop the day before and there being a dead pixel in the middle of the screen, he seemed a bit less...well...pleasant. Then we turned on the laptop and he said that he didn't see anything. I spun the computer around and angled it so I could see the screen and immediately pointed it out to him. Such a small anomaly seemed to annoy him. Not because it was there, no, because I was sitting across from him essentially saying that this wasn't gonna work for me and that he had to follow through and replace the computer, because Apple Care already said they would. I understood his frustration, but I felt that he was unwilling to see my point of view. This is a brand new computer that I spent over a grand on (not to mention it was my latest in many a line of Apple products) and I expected quality products from a company that emphasized quality. Instead he lectured me about the impossibility of making an utterly flawless machine. I am so far, with my two experiences, I am UNimpressed with the Apple Geniuses.

All the sales people I had to deal with in this quick two-day adventure to Macland were very nice and helpful. Even the sales guy that had to handle the exchange of my first purchase for a new one. That guy was extremely polite and well mannered despite the difficulty they had in doing the unconventional exchange. He even let me open up and start the new one to make sure there weren't any problems, despite the fact that they were already closed. I was the last customer out of there that evening.

All in all I was happy with their accommodating attitudes and the fact that Apple was willing to work with me and replace the laptop. So, I, crazily enough, got two new MacBooks in two days. Granted I only kept one and paid for one, but still, it was an odd feeling. This post, as oppose to my last "Can you believe it...?", was typed on my new new MacBook. It has been a couple weeks so far and things have been awesome. It is really convenient to have it with me nearly everywhere I go, especially at work. While at first it was disappointing to get home and find that itty bitty stuck pixel, I was very pleased with Apple's handling of it. As a result, I walked away with my new MacBook, still happy to have done business with Apple, despite the minor hang-ups.

P.S. - When I get around to posting pictures of my MacBook, they will actually be of the initial Book and not the one I actually have, but I figured the effect would pretty much be the same. :)

Hey everyone!

Hey everyone!

Today I thought I might give my personal thoughts on Apple, Inc. The stock has performed badly due to the recent turmoil (who hasn't?), particularly in the tech sector. More recently: Dell selling its factories, Qualcomm, South Corea's techs also overflown with bad news, etc. It is trading at just over $160.

On September 9th Apple will probably unveil lots of products. Following some deep research I came to the conculsion, that we will see a re-disgned iPod Nano (4th generation) and iPod Classic, a refresh for the iPod Touch followed by significant price drops to match the ones for the iPhone, a new iTunes version, said to deliver a better consumer exprience, a new MacBook/ MacBook Pro, featuring Intel's latest chipsets, new Apple screens, upgrades and price drops for the iMac series, MacBook Air, and maybe also for the Mac Mini. The iPhone sales number and the ones of the iTunes Store (now also an 'App Store') will certainly surprise us all.

This, of course, sounds like a lot. Apple has been expanding at an enormous rate. Everything they did so far was a hit. And that is what Apple's investors keep expecting. Enough is not enough anymore, unless this new product is 'revolutionary'. So, as the World Developer Conference in early 08 showed, even a new iPhone, in that case it was the 3G, disappointed investors, resulting in a 4% drop for the stock.

I still think that, if Apple is able to introduce those products I listed earlier, it will certainly result in a buy-buy momentum for the stock. There's also the factor, that we might see some positive days, following those recent 'crashes' in the markets these days. That's at least how we used to say.

The risk is that Apple might not able to refresh its laptop computers until later this month, due to production setbacks on Intel's side. If anything else bad shows up, like a 'thinner-than-expected' not iPhone, but Steve Jobs, plan to see the stock price somewhere in the basement. As you might have got to know lately, Steve Jobs is ill. He had pancreatic cancer about 5 years ago he initially refused to fight with standards procedures (he used Asian meditation techniques instead). Some journalists described Jobs earlier this year at Apple's latest conference, to have made a 'sick impression'. This made investors very nervous. Unlike any other firms out there, Steve Jobs IS Apple. And Apple keeps those information extremely secret and undisclosed. I cannot imagine that company without him. Not with the stock trading at at least half of the actual price.

So, on September 9th, use one of those free live trackers of Apple's conference. I would buy the stock now that it's trading low and sell during the conference if some of the products I told you about are not unveiled (or if Steve is in 'bad shape'). If Steve is healthy and there's lots of new things coming out than hold on to the stock for one more day. Just enough for the usual 'Apple-hype' to reflect in the stock price. Good luck!

The other day, I finally decided that it was time to retire my Macbook’s stock 80 gig hard dri

The other day, I finally decided that it was time to retire my Macbook's stock 80 gig hard drive. I had been eyeing this drive for quite some time, but didn't feel like spending 150 bucks on it. However, I began to change my mind when they released a 320 gig version of the drive. Couple that with the fact that I was quickly running out of space and several more gigs would soon be taken by Spore, and you have me forking over the cash for the drive.

I installed the drive yesterday. A few months ago, I upgraded, downgraded, and re-upgraded my Macbook's RAM (long story), so I was no stranger to Macbook innards. However, being a software guy much more than a hardware guy, I always get a little nervous when I need to swap out any of my hardware.

I was pleased to discover that swapping out a Macbook hard drive is a piece of cake. Pulling the battery out gives you access to the RAM slots and hard drive's EMI (electromagnetic interference) shield. After that, it's just a matter of pulling out the shield, switching hard drives, and sliding everything back into place.

The software portion was just as simple. I just had to boot from my Mac OS X DVD and use it to restore my hard drive backup from Time Machine. The only problem I had was the fact that I couldn't seem to get the restore software to recognize my new hard drive, even though I had already reformatted it for the Mac. Eventually, I did a quick search online and discovered that the restore software apparently will not recognize a hard drive that doesn't have OS X installed on it. As a result, I installed a clean version of OS X onto the new hard drive, which took about an hour. After that, I rebooted from the install disc and, sure enough, my new hard drive showed up in the list. A long hour and a half later and all my data was successfully moved to its new, luxurious home.

Overall, I was pretty pleased with how smoothly the upgrade went. Once again, I've gotta give props to Apple for making their hardware and software so simple and user-friendly.

I will take a shot at predicting what will be announced at Apple's "Let's Rock" event. I think we will definitely see a refreshed iPod Nano with a new design and more storage (up to 16GB). The iPod Software will also get a new interface which will be a free upgrade for old nano users and will be out of the box for new nanos. I don't think we will see a MacBook or MacBook Pro speed bump or design change, which is long overdue. I think Apple will wait until MacWorld to announce new Macbook line refresh because of the new Intel chips shipping in 2009. iPhone and iPod touch Software 2.0.3 will be released with the Apple server thing that permits for example IM apps to send received messages without having the application running in the background. I also think the MacBook Air will get a 100$ price drop but no new design or speed bumps. Well this is pretty much it, will my predictions come out to be true, we will know soon enough.

Ora replica regalando iPhone o iPod Touch a 950 nuovi studenti della Abilene Christian University, università texana, come supporto all’istruzione in mobilità.

This is the first time a university and a wireless company have worked together to combine cutting-edge technology like iPhone 3G and education in a way that enhances students’ access to educational resources and their overall learning experience

Bajarlo??

puedes hacerlo desde aqui!

Y a tu, ya lo usaste??
