When I first discovered Top Secret Magic Code (TSMC), I was a bit suspicious. Beside the usual selling points, the website itself offers little information . However, something in my guts told me to take the plunge and buy it anyway. So here I am, writing this review.

The main question that has been running in everyone's mind is, what is the secret code? Well, I can't reveal too much but it has something to do with advertisement and no, it is not adsense. However, like adsense or any other kind of online advertisement, a lot depends on the traffic to your website. The bigger the traffic, the more money you will get.

So the next question is, do I believe this will work? The answer is a definite YES. I have always believe that adsense is the easiest way one can make money online and TSMC should be better as it offers more opportunity.

The ebook itself make a good reading and it certainly one of the cheapest ebook around. The only thing that is lacking is the author failed to discuss on how to increase traffics to your website. He did mention one or two tips but in my opinion he could do better.

In conclusion, if you like adsense, you are going to love Top Secret Magic Code.

Interested? Read more about it here

TurboMandala.com is up, there is content, there is click-through advertising, there's a connection to a Cafe Press store with some preliminary swag items on it (although I'd wait until after I have a chance to design some good stuff for the store in the next week or so before buying), and there's enough continuity between the social networking sites, the TurboMandala Site, and this blog that traffic is starting to come through.

[caption id="attachment_63" align="aligncenter" width="400" caption="The TurboMandala Logo"][/caption]

The decision to go WordPress for the site and blogs has already paid off ... I was able to get back into the swing of tweaking PHP code quickly, and integrated a bunch of Google AdSense widgets into the site, including a YouTube-based widget that I'm calling a Video Jukebox. It has targeted media from YouTube with Goodle Advertising on it, and is definitely motivation for lingering on the site for a while.

The nice thing that I didn't realize about Google AdSense is that the account is tied to me, not a particular site, so the monies from thetechnomagus.com are still there and will get paid out to me (a whopping $8.04, but I'm sure the new site will do much better.) Conversely, Amazon.com's affiliate program (which not too many folks seem to make any real cash out of) is a site-by-site registration, and I'm not going to bother at this point.

One point I'm going to have to keep into consideration as I move ahead with the integrated marketing through social networking sites is bandwidth and server load.

I saw a tweat from Felicia Day from "The Guild" (Leading Lady of New Media Producers these days) after her site got shut down by the ISP for excessive server load (The tweat said they wanted her to move to another hosting site) ... She was wondering if it was due to load from WordPress.

I'm thinking the combination of WordPress' PHP/MySQL architecture, along with all of the RSS traffic and other traffic generated from being linked in with all of the big social networking sites, coupled with traffic generated because of "Dr. Horrible" and the Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) just beat her hosting site, and there mySql database into the dirt, since she's not using a dedicated server.

There are other ISP's using a new version of MySql that is much more scaleable, but most of my true wingnut buddies are going either Ruby on Rails or Pylons for development, as there are just too many limitations inherent in PHP for industrial strength scaleability. At any rate, it's something to keep an eye on as traffic builds ... And cross my fingers that I can ever produce something to generate as much traffic as "The Guild" does.

Next up ... Back to the teaser trailer and the first two "Boo Bits" ... Short pieces (1-2 minutes) to help ingratiate Michael Boo with potential audiences.

A lot of you would like to know about Google adsense. Lets start with the basics. For one Google Adsense is where you post ads on your website and google pays you for every click you get on any ad. I know what most of you are thinking cant i just go to my website and click on my ads "NO". If you do this google will delete your adsense account. When you reach one hundred dollars in your account google will send you a check. If you would like your money now you can set up a bank account and take out money when ever you want. Although it will only let you take out money if you have over $10.00 in your account. I would recommend that anyone going to start this should have website experience because when you make your site you will have to view it in code then paste it too the site then upload it again to the internet(most of you are probably confused now). There are a lot of sites that will let you create a free website on it Google Pages is one type that into google. Another thing that you will have to pay is hosting maybe but what i know for sure that you will have to pay for the domain name to find a domain name or name for your website go to godaddy.com this site will let you check if the name is available and if you can buy it. If you would like any more info on this please feel free to comment on this blog.

Affiliate marketing is an Internet-based marketing practice in which a business rewards one or more

Affiliate marketing is an Internet-based marketing practice in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliate's marketing efforts.

Affiliate marketing is also the name of the industry where a number of different types of companies and individuals are performing this form of Internet marketing, including affiliate networks, affiliate management companies, and in-house affiliate managers, specialized third party vendors, and various types of affiliates/publishers who promote the products and services of their partners.

Affiliate marketing overlaps with other Internet marketing methods to some degree, because affiliates often use regular advertising methods. Those methods include organic search engine optimization, paid search engine marketing, e-mail marketing, and in some sense display advertising. On the other hand, affiliates sometimes use less orthodox techniques, such as publishing reviews of products or services offered by a partner.

Affiliate marketing—using one website to drive traffic to another—is a form of online marketing, which is frequently overlooked by advertisers. While search engines, e-mail, and website syndication capture much of the attention of online retailers, affiliate marketing carries a much lower profile. Still, affiliates continue to play a significant role in e-retailers' marketing strategies.

History

Origin

The concept of revenue sharing—paying commission for referred business—predates affiliate marketing and the Internet. The translation of the revenue share principles to mainstream e-commerce happened almost four years after the origination of the World Wide Web in November 1994.

The consensus of marketers and adult industry insiders is that Cybererotica was either the first or among the early innovators in affiliate marketing with a cost per click program.

During November 1994, CDNOW launched its BuyWeb program. With this program CDNOW was the first non-adult website to introduce the concept of an affiliate or associate program with its idea of click-through purchasing. CDNOW had the idea that music-oriented websites could review or list albums on their pages that their visitors may be interested in purchasing. These websites could also offer a link that would take the visitor directly to CDNOW to purchase the albums. The idea for remote purchasing originally arose because of conversations with music label Geffen Records in the fall of 1994. The management at Geffen wanted to sell its artists' CDs directly from its website, but did not want to implement this capability itself. Geffen asked CDNOW if it could design a program where CDNOW would handle the order fulfillment. Geffen realized that CDNOW could link directly from the artist on its website to Geffen's website, bypassing the CDNOW home page and going directly to an artist's music page.

Amazon.com (Amazon) launched its associate program in July 1996. Amazon associates could place banner or text links on their site for individual books, or link directly to the Amazon home page.

When visitors clicked from the associate's website through to Amazon and purchased a book, the associate received a commission. Amazon was not the first merchant to offer an affiliate program, but its program was the first to become widely-known and serve as a model for subsequent programs.

In February 2000, Amazon announced that it had been granted a patent (6,029,141) on all the essential components of an affiliate program. The patent application was submitted in June 1997, which predates most affiliate programs, but not PC Flowers & Gifts.com (October 1994), AutoWeb.com (October 1995), Kbkids.com/BrainPlay.com (January 1996), EPage (April 1996), and several others.

Historic development

Affiliate marketing has grown quickly since its inception. The e-commerce website, viewed as a marketing toy in the early days of the Internet, became an integrated part of the overall business plan and in some cases grew to a bigger business than the existing offline business. According to one report, the total sales amount generated through affiliate networks in 2006 was £2.16 billion in the United Kingdom alone. The estimates were £1.35 billion in sales in 2005.[6] MarketingSherpa's research team estimated that, in 2006, affiliates worldwide earned US$6.5 billion in bounty and commissions from a variety of sources in retail, personal finance, gaming and gambling, travel, telecom, education, publishing, and forms of lead generation other than contextual advertising programs such as Google AdSense.

Currently the most active sectors for affiliate marketing are the adult, gambling, and retail industries.[8] The three sectors expected to experience the greatest growth are the mobile phone, finance, and travel sectors.[8] Soon after these sectors came the entertainment (particularly gaming) and Internet-related services (particularly broadband) sectors. Also several of the affiliate solution providers expect to see increased interest from business-to-business marketers and advertisers in using affiliate marketing as part of their mix.

Web 2.0

Websites and services based on Web 2.0 concepts—blogging and interactive online communities, for example—have impacted the affiliate marketing world as well. The new media allowed merchants to become closer to their affiliates and improved the communication between them.

New developments have made it more difficult for unscrupulous affiliates to make money. Emerging black sheep are detected and made known to the affiliate marketing community with much greater speed and efficiency.

Google, being the undisputable leader in search engines from then until now, is placing a high impor

Google, being the undisputable leader in search engines from then until now, is placing a high importance on the quality and relevancy of its search engines. Most especially now that the company is public property. In order to keep the shareholders and users of its engines happy, the quality of the returned results are given extreme importance.

For this same reason, doing the wrong things in the Adsense and other forms of advertisements, whether intentionally or unintentionally, will result in a severe penalty, may get you banned and even have your account terminated. Nothing like a good action taken to keep wrongdoers from doing the same things over again.

So for those who are thinking of getting a career in Adsense, do not just think of the strategies you will be using to generate more earnings. Consider some things first before you actually get involved.

Hidden texts. Filling your advertisement page with texts to small to read, has the same color as the background and using css for the sole purpose of loading them with rich keywords content and copy will earn you a penalty award that is given to those who are hiding links.

Page cloaking. There is a common practice of using browser or bot sniffers to serve the bots of a different page other than the page your visitors will see. Loading a page with a bot that a human user will never see is a definite no-no. This is tricking them to click on something that you want but they may not want to go to.

Multiple submissions. Submitting multiple copies of your domain and pages is another thing to stay away from. For example, trying to submit a URL of an Adsense as two separate URL’s is the same as inviting trouble and even termination. Likewise, this is a reason to avoid auto submitters for those who are receiving submissions. Better check first if your domain is submitted already an a certain search engine before you try to submit to it again. If you see it there, then move on. No point contemplating whether to try and submit there again.

Link farms. Be wary of who and what are you linking your Adsense to. The search engines know that you cannot control your links in. But you can certainly control what you link to. Link farming has always been a rotten apple in the eyes of search engines, especially Google. That is reason enough to try and avoid them. Having a link higher than 100 on a single page will classify you as a link farm so try and not to make them higher than that.

Page rank for sale. If you have been online for quite some time, you will notice that there are some sites selling their PR links or trading them with other sites. If you are doing this, expect a ban anytime in the future. It is okay to sell ads or gain the link. But doing it on direct advertisement of your page rank is a way to get on search engines bad side.

Doorways. This is similar to cloaking pages. The common practice of a page loaded with choice keyword ads aimed at redirecting visitors to another “user-friendly” page is a big issue among search engines. There are many seo firms offering this kind of services. Now that you know what they actually are, try to avoid them at all costs.

Multiple domains having the same content. In case you are not aware of it, search engines look at domains IP’s, registry dates and many others. Having multiple domains having the same exact content is not something you can hide from them. The same goes with content multiplied many times on separate pages, sub domains and forwarding multiple domains to the same content.

Many of the above techniques apply to most search engines and is not entirely for Google only. By having a mind set that you are building your Adsense together with your pages for the human users and not for bots, you can be assured of the great things for your ads and sites.

Not to mention avoiding the wrath of the search engines and getting your Adsense and site account terminated altogether.

3 Reasons Why Adsense Is Essential For Content Sites

To know why Adsense is essential for your content sites is to know first how this works.
The concept

To know why Adsense is essential for your content sites is to know first how this works.

The concept is really simple, if you think about it. The publisher or the webmaster inserts a java script into a certain website. Each time the page is accessed, the java script will pull advertisements from the Adsense program. The ads that are targeted should therefore be related to the content that is contained on the web page serving the ad. If a visitor clicks on an advertisement, the webmaster serving the ad earns a portion of the money that the advertiser is paying the search engine for the click.

The search engine is the one handling all the tracking and payments, providing an easy way for webmasters to display content-sensitive and targeted ads without having the hassle to solicit advertisers, collect funds, monitor the clicks and statistics which could be a time-consuming task in itself. It seems that there is never a shortage of advertisers in the program from which the search engine pulls the Adsense ads. Also webmasters are less concerned by the lack of information search engines are providing and are more focused in making cash from these search engines.

The first reason why Adsense is essential for content sites is because it already has come a long way in understanding the needs of publishers and webmasters. Together with its continuous progression is the appearance of more advanced system that allows full ad customization. Webmasters are given the chance to choose from many different types of text ad formats to better complement their website and fit their webpage layout.

The different formatting enables the site owners the possibility of more click through from visitors who may or may not be aware of what they are clicking on. It can also appeal to the people visiting thus make them take that next step of looking up what it is all about. This way the people behind the Adsense will get their content read and making profit in the process.

The second reason is the ability of the Adsense publishers to track not only how their sites are progressing but also the earnings based on the webmaster-defined channels. The recent improvements in the search engines gives webmasters the capability to monitor how their ads are performing using customizable reports that has the capacity to detail page impressions, clicks and click-through rates. Webmasters and publishers can now track specific ad formats, colors and pages within a website. Trends are also easily spotted.

With the real-time reporting at hand, the effectiveness of the changes made will be assessed quickly. There would be time to sort out the contents that people are making the most clicks on. The ever-changing demands would be met while generating cash for the webmasters and publishers. The more flexible tools are also allowing webmasters to group web pages by URL, domain, ad type or category, which will provide them some accurate insight on which pages, ads and domains are performing best.

The last and final reason is that the advertisers have realized the benefits associated having their ads served on targeted websites. Thus increasing the possibility that a prospective web surfer will have an interest in their product and services. All because of the content and its constant maintenance. As opposed to those who are no using Adsense in their sites, they are given the option of having other people do their content for them, giving them the benefit of having successful and money-generating web sites.

Adsense is all about targeted content, the more targeted your content is, the more target the search engines’ ads will be. There are some web masters and publishers who are focused more on their site contents and how best to maintain them rather than the cash that the ads will generate for them. This is the part where the effectiveness is working its best.

There was a time when people were not yet aware of the money to be achieved from advertisements. The cash generated only came into existence when the webmasters and publishers realized how they can make Adsense be that generator. In those days, the content were the most important factors that is taken quite seriously. It still is. With the allure of money, of course.

REPORT THEM TO GOOGLE ADSENSE!

When I looked up the Who Is information for the two sites who reproduced my poetry without permission (I checked my settings and I had them set to summary so it was not from a feed that they got the whole posts.) I could only find a junk blog set as the host provider--the host junk blog was in Spanish. When I wrote Go Daddy (the server provider) they did not want to help and told me they had no place in asking them to remove copyrighted material (that's funny because other server providers helped me earlier). Go Daddy is not well-run, and I would never purchase a service from them.

I felt hopeless until I decided to report the two offenders to Google Adsense--guess what--both sites are disabled now.

So, I'm happy now. Other bloggers are probably happy now too--they were ripping off a lot of people.

Time to start blogging again...

I have been fighting this stuff for 2 years!!! I have bought in on some online scams and hypes... It was worth the money though.

I know I have waisted $1,500 on promises, lies, having my email sold, spam, on and on... I have had to cancel my credit cards to protect myself.

I will have to say, "I have learned from everyone of them." The best one cost me $2.99. I was apprehensive of spending the 3 dollars, when I said, "what the heck". It lead me to a brand new concept. So, keep plugging along. It takes perseverance and endurance. I have added a lot of programs to this blog and recommend you search them thoroughly before buying in. Check our: http://internetmarketing8-1.blogspot.com/

I have a site I have been working for more than a year, www.rvinflatables.com, that has produced and made a name for it-self. I took my staff and my-self keeping up with all the non-sence.

This is an open form and I will help filter some of the garbage out there.

First thing first: Find your nitche... You need to enjoy what you do to succeed!!!

I have about 10 more years to retire... http://www.rvinflatables.com/business.html should help me accomplish my goal in 5 years. You need to start somewhere!

I have added a list of about 100 different software programs to help you get started on your search. Again, it is going to cost you money to get started. My first year I made around $6,000 gross, this last year $18,000. I am ok at triple every year. It takes time!!! Really, don't forget the tax advantage.

The most important part of internet business is to find your nitche! What do you enjoy doing with the rest of your life? Are you just that worker bee, allow someone else to determine your income. Even just parttime. I started my Inflatable Kayak business, River Valley Inflatables, just because, that is what I enjoy! You can review it @ www.rvinflatables.com.

I have been told for 40 years that there will not be any social security for me when I retire. How about you?

[caption id="" align="alignleft" width="143" caption="Google AdSense"][/caption]

AdSense for Content

AdSense for Search

Referrals

AdSense for Feeds
