FELINITY Brings Core Feminine Movement to Yonge & Dundas Square

TORONTO, August 22- The FELINITY workout, Toronto’s hottest female fitness spot, heats up the Women’s Day in the Courtyard event.

Women’s Day in the Courtyard is an event designed to bring together all the things that women love but may not always have the time to enjoy. With booths and speakers ranging from fashion, beauty, health and fitness, women will enjoy the break from the everyday!

With the help of FELINITY, Dundas Square turns into a playground exclusively for women. The only style of exercise designed for a woman’s mind and body. FELINITY uses techniques from dance, yoga & pilates, to help women discover their inner natural movement, while appreciating their femininity. Positive, energizing and truly deigned for the female body; women will feel right at home as they play and unleash their female core during their FELINITY experience.

Throughout Women’s Day, FELINITY (www.felinity.ca) will offer attendees the opportunity to participate in multiple fitness workshops and speak with certified FELINITY instructors and members of the studio.
