The format so far is such; We will have a conference line so you can hear us, and a Jabber/TalkShoe for receiving questions/votes.  We then relay over SharedView, a Microsoft tool that allows us to share our desktop and present (currently 15 live participant view/presentation cap), or have a viewer take the screen, present their desktop and optionally allow other participants to control his or her mouse/keyboard.

Starting promptly, until +3 minutes will be an initial vote, followed by 2 minutes of prioritization. The remaining 55 minutes are dedicated to the goals at hand.  Any suggestions on actionable, efficient and appropriate techniques on approach to resolve the issue will be heard, alternative means may also be assessed or heard (i.e. we may solve your problem 2 or more times!!).  Comments, addendums, follow-up or post-hour suggestive measures can be filed at the hours section on our website.

We do not prescribe to be the only source of answers, nor do we guarantee any answers.  During the prioritization step, we will select some time limit per action item, if we are not close to a solution when resolving any topic, we will move on, but may re-address in following broadcasts or after the last action item in the current show.

Popular issues may demand a special format, where simply a single topic is addressed, though Q/A may be done throughout.  Perspective guest chairs are welcome to email hours  = shift+two=  security-objectives.com, for suggestions or notice of availability.  If you have no problems (and are not in heaven yet), feel free to watch, however we request that you do not view until after the initial 5 minute period, giving those with problems sufficient time to elicit support and have priorities weighed.  If possible, co-view if there are multiple individuals at the same physical location.  Also, during the session, we will post the topics--if you are a domain expert and the show is live, please let us know (Jabber/TalkShoe server) so we may open a reserved seat for the party to be aiding and abetting.

To accommodate global reach workforce, air-gaps and modems, email topic questions may be selected if attendance is impossible, however we ask that sufficient body be written for us to effectively interrogate the vexer. A doppelgänger may be used for effect, feel free to add contextual matter for our cloning process, be sure our clones know not of a solution to your problem, if they do, we have ways to deal with clones who know too much. Lest I digress, this is not funny business.

Every effort will be made to remain constructive and task focused, in the case that everyone party to the hour is content. The presenting chairs will remain the hour in the event of a late arrival. Good luck and may all your problems, be just for a while, no longer.

Every time I run into a software program that seems like it could assist in the organization of my day even more I try it out. If I don't have to place any money into it right away and actually have a trial period, well why the hell not? Who's it going to hurt? Surely not me.

I really liked the fact that GoPlan allows you to have a direct domain address so you can quickly navigate to your page and skip the millions of steps that I usually tend to get stuck behind on new programs. Even the registration was easy with GoPlan. Filled out the VERY simple questions, like name, email, etc... nothing too complicated that I think my 2 year old could fill out if he knew that what he does on the keyboard actually displays on the screen *chuckles*

I love having new Internet discoveries. I don't tend to have too many anymore just because my days are so strict to what I do. Wake up, coffee, feed, bath, dress kids, check email, work, work, work, lunch, kids nap, work, work, work, work, kids up from nap, work, work, work, dinner, work work, kids bed, and then WORK some more.

When you tend to work every second of your day you tend to miss all the new Internet inventions (sad) and I love finding those new sites that can help you out a million times that you'd never even think would come into use each day of your life.

Trust me, search around on the Internet you will encounter many neat things, some free, some cost money, who cares. They are so amazing its worth every second of your day you spend fiddling around with them.

Vă aştept în continuare cu comentarii and shit, repet, feedback-ul este foarte constructiv, mai ales că vreau să fac o chestiune măricică şi serioasă din site-uleţul ăsta. Aşa mi s-a pus mie pata, na!

RSS is one of the most interesting things in internet today! Never again I missed a post on my favorite blog, a reply to it or that crashing news on the local news site! But, I think, it's a big trouble when I'm in another computer and there isn't any client or program to reach this data!

Besides download and install a piece of soft to solve that, it must be configured to receive my favorite RSS hot posts, and, the worse part: the old stuff is never there, just the new posts are caught.

After going angry several times with that, I tried some portable apps. I must confess that they are useful, keep all my data in one place well organized, but I was still having troubles because of the incompatibility among different operational systems.

Finally, an online service has given me peace of mind again. It's perfect, so useful and keep all my data, but doesn't trapped me, I can work everywhere in any PC, free.

To use the service is a peace of cake: just paste the RSS links and an e-mail address, then, every time a new post comes to that channel, it will be sent as a HTML text to your in-box, so you won't need any specific tool to read the posts, and you'll be able to store and organize the information and access that wherever your are, from any browser.

Selo
Ik heb deze ochtend het bedrijf Selo Food Processing and packaging systems uit Oldenzaal bezocht (www.selo.com). Ik heb daar gesproken met Henk Baalhuis.

Proces en verpakkingssystemen
Het bedrijf is opgericht in 1944 en levert, zoals de naam al zegt proces en verpakkingssystemen voor verschillende branches in de food en feed industrie in binnen en buitenland. Ze plaatsen en onderhouden systemen over de gehele wereld. Klanten zijn onder andere Unilever, Kraft, Nestle en Masterfoods. Er zijn circa 120 mensen werkzaam binnen het bedrijf, waarvan 30 in Engeland.

Innovatie en kennis
Tijdens ons gesprek bleek dat veel innovaties binnen het bedrijf op de werkvloer ontstaan en de medewerkers de ruimte krijgen om deze innovaties verder te ontwikkelen. De heer Baalhuis beschrijft het bedrijf als een hands-on kennisbedrijf waar klanten totaaloplossingen kopen. Het kennisniveau binnen het bedrijf ligt dermate hoog dat men vanuit Selo regelmatig college geeft aan medewerkers van bijvoorbeeld Unilever hoe bepaalde producten gemaakt kunnen worden. Mooi om te horen was, dat als men op zoek is naar nieuwe medewerkers, men geen mensen wil die werk zoeken, maar die een uitdaging zoeken en dit sluit volgens mij precies aan bij de kernwaarden van het bedrijf: passie, geloof in eigen kunnen en echte klantinteresse.

Trots
Aan het einde van onze kennismaking hebben we nog een rondje gemaakt door de fabriek en heb ik een idee gekregen van de machines die er gebouwd worden. Ik heb de laatste tijd regelmatig innovatieve bedrijven bezocht en als ik dan met de ondernemers in kwestie spreek en door de fabriek loop, dan vervult me dat wel met een gevoel van trots. Er zijn zo veel mooie MKB bedrijven die innovatie producten en diensten leveren en die veel waardering van klanten krijgen, maar ook de aandacht van potentiele medewerkers verdienen. Ik als Syntens innovatieadviseur, ben in ieder geval erg trots dat wij als Syntens samen mogen werken met bedrijven zoals Selo.
